Gad Ssenfuma underwent his first of two surgeries for CHD on December 14, 2017. Sadly, he passed away on December 19 at her home in Bubulo, Uganda.

Joy Ann Amero was diagnosed with scoliosis in infancy. Scoliosis is a serious form of spinal deformity. She was recommended for surgery after bracing was unsuccessful.
Judith, 5 years
Judith Tusingwire was diagnosed with congenital dislocation of the hip. She will receive corrective surgery at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya.
Stephen, 7 weeks
Stephen Onyango was diagnosed with congenital heart disease on December 1 because of difficulty in breathing. He's slated to receive cardiac surgery in Israel.
Rebecca, 8 months
Rebecca Birungi has sacrococcygeal teratoma, a large tumor on her tailbone. She will receive surgery at Mulago Hospital in Uganda.
Gerald, 19 months
Gerald Baluku was diagnosed with congenital cataracts and severa other congenital conditions. He will receive cataract removal surgery in India.
Nancy, 6 years
Nancy Ainomugisha was diagnosed with congenital heart disease when she was 4 years old. She is slated to receive surgery in India.
Pauline, 4 years
Pauline Chelimo was diagnosed with congenital heart disease when she was aged two-and-a-half. She is slated to receive surgery in India.
